Face plate drawing

Explanation of measurements.

Measure contacts and screw holes from center of opening.  Use metric or 1/10's rule for all measurements.  The measurements need to be accurate.  You will need a inside and outside diameter caliper.  These measurements will tell us if there is a chance that Beam's equipment will be compatible, but is no guarantee.

a = Inside diameter of rubber gasket.
b = Inside diameter of opening in bracket.
c = Distance between face plate screw holes.
d = Inside diameter of opening.
e = Length of tapered "cylinder" part of face plate.
f =  Two measurements.  Inside diameter of opening and outside diameter of opening.
g = Distance between copper contacts.
h = Distance contacts are from front.

I measured a white metal face plate and got these measurements.  The measurements will vary with face plates.  They do not have to be exact to be compatable.

a = 40.5mm, Inside diameter of rubber gasket.
b = Inside diameter of opening in bracket.
c = 99mm, Distance between face plate screw holes.
d = 40mm, Inside diameter of opening.
e = 42mm, Length of tapered "cylinder" part of face plate.
f =  Two measurements. 36.5mm, Inside diameter of opening and 41mm, outside diameter of opening.
g = 8mm, Distance between copper contacts.
h = 10mm,Distance contacts are from front.
